If some extensions are causing problems with your YouTube videos, you need to disable them. 

You can find browsers extensions on 

  • Menu > Settings > More Tools on Chrome
  • And Menu > Add-ons on Firefox. 

Find out which browser extension is causing problems with YouTube and disable it. 

  • Check your VPN.

If you have a third-party VPN or proxy installed, it may cause some interference on your network data stream, which in turn may cause YouTube videos to pause from time to time. In this case, you need to check and verify the issue with your VPN and contact your VPN service provider or change your VPN server.

If your YouTube keeps pausing because you have not updated your browser, you need to update it quickly. You should check the current version of your browser, and if there is an update available, then update your browser.
